
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Alina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a Minor in Classical Studies from the University of Florida. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston in December 2010. During law school, Alina gained valuable hands-on experience through an internship with the Texas First Court of Appeals and later as a law clerk at a personal injury litigation firm—experiences that laid a strong foundation for her successful legal career.
Alina is admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She has presented oral arguments before the Second District Court of Appeals and has been consistently recognized for her professional excellence. She has been named a Rising Star by Tampa Bay Magazine every year since 2013, a Top Lawyer for Florida, and was selected as The National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff’s Attorneys in 2023. She also serves as a Board Member of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association since 2023, reflecting her active involvement in the local legal community.

When she’s not in the office or courtroom, Alina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two young daughters.
