She has worked alongside Founding Partner Alex Fiol throughout her tenure, providing invaluable support in complex litigation matters. April’s decades of experience, deep knowledge of personal injury law, and unwavering dedication make her an essential part of the litigation team.
Known for her precision, organization, and loyalty, she plays a vital role in ensuring the firm’s clients receive the highest level of support and attention throughout their cases.
Mary Hirtzel
Litigation Paralegal
Mary Hirtzel is a bilingual litigation paralegal with approximately 39 years of experience in the legal profession. She worked in New York for 17 years before relocating to Florida in 2003, where she has continued her career with dedication and expertise. Mary is passionate about assisting clients during their most challenging times, whether following a motor vehicle accident, slip and fall incident, medical malpractice, or nursing home-related case.
She is committed to providing compassionate and professional support to clients throughout the legal process.
Valeria Cruz
Case Manager
Valeria Cruz is a seasoned case manager with more than a decade of experience in personal injury law. As a bilingual professional, she provides exceptional support to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and compassionate guidance throughout the legal process. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to client care, Valeria plays a pivotal role in managing cases—from initial intake to settlement.

Crisleydi Cueto
Case Manager Assistant
Crisleydi is a bilingual case manager assistant at Fiol & Morros, bringing dedication and professionalism to her role. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she has been with the firm for a year, supporting the legal team with case management, client communication, and administrative tasks.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Crisleydi ensures smooth operations within the office while providing exceptional assistance to both clients and colleagues.
Jeanette Singh
Case Manager
Jeanette Singh brings over two decades of experience in personal injury to the Fiol & Morros Law Group team. Having worked in the field since 2003, she has handled cases across Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama—giving her a strong, multi-state understanding of personal injury claims and client needs.
Jeanette is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida (Class of 2006) and Leto High School (Class of 1996).
Originally from out of state, she moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1990 and has been rooted in the community ever since. Outside of the office, Jeanette is a married mother of three and a new grandmother—roles that fuel her compassion, patience, and dedication when assisting clients through difficult moments.
Her deep experience, combined with her commitment to client care, makes her an invaluable part of our case management team.
Yeily Espinosa
Case Manager Assistant
Yeily Espinosa is a Case Manager Assistant at Fiol & Morros Law Group, where she provides dedicated support to attorneys and clients throughout every stage of the legal process. Known for her professionalism and compassionate approach, Yeily helps ensure that each client feels informed and supported.
Originally from Cuba, Yeily is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and make the legal experience more accessible for the Hispanic community.
Before joining Fiol & Morros Law Group, Yeily gained valuable experience at Morgan & Morgan, where she strengthened her skills in client relations and case management. She is currently pursuing a degree in Paralegal Studies to further expand her legal knowledge and deepen her commitment to serving clients with excellence.
Justine Ramirez
Director of Marketing
Justine Ramirez serves as the Director of Marketing, overseeing the firm’s marketing initiatives and producing high-quality graphic design materials that enhance the brand’s presence. As a bilingual professional, she also manages and nurtures key relationships with physicians and healthcare partners, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration with both English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Luis Silvestre
Intake Specialist
Luis Silvestre, born and raised in the Dominican Republic, is the youngest member of the Fiol & Morros team and currently serves as the firm’s Intake Specialist. As a bilingual professional, Luis is often the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the very beginning.
He is dedicated to gathering accurate information, facilitating clear communication, and assisting clients throughout the intake process. Luis brings energy, attentiveness, and a client-focused approach to every interaction, helping the firm provide exceptional service and support.
Maritza Chang
Receptionist
Originally from Cuba, Maritza Chang serves as the first point of contact for the firm and takes pride in providing a warm and professional welcome to every client. As a bilingual professional, she greets each individual with compassion and understanding, while reassuring them that the team is committed to offering the support and guidance they need.
